At Walking on Earth, we are on a mission to elevate human happiness, starting within.

We want health and wellbeing to be all about you – your challenges, goals and aspirations. We strive to connect you to the best holistic health practitioners to help you achieve balance – within yourself, your career, your relationships and the world around you. 

We believe that achieving balance doesn’t have to feel so hard, and that healthy practices can and should work around you. 

We have gathered the most experienced practitioners to bring you Walking on Earth – a new holistic health platform offering private, live yoga and meditation classes. Return your wellbeing to balance during these challenging times with our expert teachers who will design a bespoke class for you in the comfort of your home.

We are currently in beta testing mode and our mobile app will be released in November. We would love to hear your feedback on your experience as we develop and refine our product to best meet your needs!

The inspiration behind our name

“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child—our own two eyes. All is a miracle…”

This mindfulness verse by Zen Master, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh inspired our name – Walking on Earth. It serves as our daily reminder that the simplest actions in life, like walking, require complex processes in the brain and body, and should not be taken for granted. He taught us that the greatest success in life is to be present and to experience the joy in living. To walk in such a way you will become fully alive. We strive to live by that mantra every day. To make every step we walk on this earth a miracle.

Why Walking on Earth

 

Stress: the final frontier. It shows up as fatigue, trouble sleeping, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, and heart disease. It shows up as difficult relationships, unproductive meetings and anxiety. We sweep stress aside with ‘busyness’, flooding our lives with distractions, overworking and poor diets. 

It doesn’t have to be this way. Optimal health starts with you – the person juggling work, family, friends, global events. We know what that pressure feels like. We’ve been there. 

That’s why we’re creating a beautiful world of holistic health where you can feel the difference with the best practitioners, the latest research and ancient practices. Think of us as your personal wellbeing guide. We offer one-to-one and group classes, personal consultations, and wellbeing advice – all adapted to your needs and lifestyle. We plan to expand into events and seminars so that we can build a community based on a shared desire to create more conscious, healthy and fulfilled lifestyle choices.
