Miranda Taylor is a 2,000 hour trained Yoga Therapist in the Viniyoga tradition who has studied Ayurveda and Vedic Chanting in depth. She specializes in teaching women, secondary school children and people of all ages who may range from total beginners to those who have specific concerns such as insomnia, dietary advice, bad back, injuries, anxiety and depression. Miranda offers one-to-one classes specifically designed to the individual’s needs. From simply unstiffening the limbs or strengthening the body, to dealing with more serious health and mental health concerns. She teaches Chanting to aid meditation, boost confidence, help people find their voice and improve public speaking abilities.
