Rupert Elverson DC, is an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher. He is also a trained Chiropractor, Anatomy and Physiology teacher, Samarah Meditation Guide and Life Coach. Rupert has studied alternative yoga and therapies for over 30 years. In one-to-one or small group classes Rupert’s mix of trainings and styles has led him to develop his own method of practice: Yoga Yong. It combines the components of yin yoga, the relaxing element, with yan yoga, the strong element in the same asanas. His style encourages students to become aware and present to themselves throughout the practice.
