Sophie Cobbold


Sophie trained for four years to be a teacher in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, teaching Viniyoga in small groups or one-to-one. Every lesson is completely unique and bespoke, moving people towards restoring balance, a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Sophie’s classes are gentle but strengthening, allowing the body to move, release and connect with the breath and individual wellbeing. Sophie will lead you through a practise that will help you slow down and focus the mind, giving you plenty of options for every level and ability.
