Charlotta Martinus is the director of the Teen Yoga Foundation, a charity that exists to promote yoga for young people. She worked as a school teacher and as a yoga therapist for mental health in the NHS. Since 2003, Charlotta has trained over 1,000 professionals to deliver yoga to young people in various contexts in 21 countries. She communicates regularly with the UK government about bringing yoga to young people and is the author of ‘TeenYoga for Yoga Therapists’. Her style is student led, in order to engage and empower young people to find their own toolkit within yoga to become more resilient.

Christabel is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist trained in Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Sri Desikachar. In 2017 she completed a Masters in the Traditions of Yoga & Meditation, SOAS. Seeing activism and Yoga practice as analogous, Christabel co-founded Advaya, a systems change initiative empowering collective action and equipping future leaders to instigate a culture shift from consumption to regeneration, from apathy to joyful revolution. At the heart of Christabel’s teaching is the exploration of how we can come back to our most natural state and how we may un-peel the layers that are preventing us from connecting to our inherent peace and power — to our wholeness.

Colin Dunsmuir is an experienced Yoga Therapist and Yoga Therapist trainer based in London, England. He was certified in the Viniyoga lineage directly by T.K.V. Desikachar in 2009. Colin is director of the London Yoga Festival and sits on the Professional Specific Board for Yoga Therapy with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a committee member of The British Council of Yoga Therapy. He specialises in leading seminars, trainings and workshops for teachers wanting to become Yoga Therapists. One-to-one classes with Colin will always take you from one place to another. You will find a lighter, more real version of yourself, no matter the circumstances that you find yourself in.

Donna Noble has been practising yoga since 1999. She is the Creator of CurveSomeYoga. She has been a certified Yoga Specialist since 2011 with the Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga. She is also a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. One-to-one’s or small group classes with Donna will involve a lot of acceptance and fun. Donna is on a mission to involve every type of personality and body shape to try out yoga with her and stop the uniformity of perfect asana and exclusivity that this creates. Donna uses wellbeing techniques to guide students to live life on their terms and eliminate stress.

Juan, born in Peru and raised in NYC, is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and a Mentor for Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Trainings. He is currently living and teaching at the Jivamukti Yoga studio in Berlin. His classes are filled with dry humour and endearing humility and he loves to include all family members and partners to the practise. Juan offers a witty yet challenging practice that strives to inspire and empower, giving students tools to develop consciousness – and maintain undisrupted when faced with the calamities of everyday life.

Larissa is a Certified Senior Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1995. She was personally awarded her Senior 3 certificate in August 2018 by Geeta Iyengar, the daughter and successor to founder B.K.S. Iyengar, at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. She is a a Yoga Therapist with Iyengar Yoga and with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). She teaches one-to-one, therapy, and pregnancy yoga classes. Her experience and dedication to yoga is combined with such a light and friendly approach to suit all levels.

Liz has been teaching yoga for 25 years, developing her practice from the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training foundations in Hatha style to an Astanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Goa and Mysore in 1995. Liz has been a Board Member of Yogacampus since its inception in 2003, during which she has taught and shared sequencing, adjustments and teaching skills and run retreats and workshops. Tending the Self is a major theme in Liz ’s practice, inspired by Pema Chodron’s quote, ’the root of compassion is compassion for oneself’. Liz has written 8 books and brings together nature, travel and art to share yoga through creative sequencing, somatic practises, visualisation, meditation & relaxation.

Miranda Taylor is a 2,000 hour trained Yoga Therapist in the Viniyoga tradition who has studied Ayurveda and Vedic Chanting in depth. She specializes in teaching women, secondary school children and people of all ages who may range from total beginners to those who have specific concerns such as insomnia, dietary advice, bad back, injuries, anxiety and depression. Miranda offers one-to-one classes specifically designed to the individual’s needs. From simply unstiffening the limbs or strengthening the body, to dealing with more serious health and mental health concerns. She teaches Chanting to aid meditation, boost confidence, help people find their voice and improve public speaking abilities.

Priti was introduced to Iyengar yoga in 1997. She is a Junior Intermediate Level 1 teacher who has been practising yoga for more than 25 years and teaching for over 15 years. One-to-one classes with Priti will adhere to the cornerstone of Iyengar yoga with its emphasis on precision and alignment and its use of props. Priti has a firm but friendly approach to teaching and tries to ensure that the class is enjoyable and leaves the student feeling that they have worked out and yet feel deeply relaxed at the end.

Rupert Elverson DC, is an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher. He is also a trained Chiropractor, Anatomy and Physiology teacher, Samarah Meditation Guide and Life Coach. Rupert has studied alternative yoga and therapies for over 30 years. In one-to-one or small group classes Rupert’s mix of trainings and styles has led him to develop his own method of practice: Yoga Yong. It combines the components of yin yoga, the relaxing element, with yan yoga, the strong element in the same asanas. His style encourages students to become aware and present to themselves throughout the practice.

Sam is the founder of The Children’s Yoga Foundation and is passionate about improving the physical and mental ability of primary school kids. She qualified as a 200 hour (BSY) Hatha Yoga Teacher with Distinction and as Mitchy Titch Baby, Toddler & Children’s Yoga in 2013 with Accreditation. Sam is also a qualified Cosmic Kids yoga Teacher and now has Advanced Children’s Yoga Training with YogaBeez. She has over 450 hours of CPD Yoga training, covering many different disciplines, including a Diploma with Teen Yoga and Mindfulness. She aims to make yoga accessible to all and is dedicated to helping support people of all generations in discovering the many benefits that yoga can bring to your life.

He is a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Professionals UK and has undergone extensive training with the Clear Mind Institute for Mindfulness and Compassion. His deep love of the contemplative side of these practices creates a rich, nurturing environment and he is dedicated to the healing power of yoga and mindfulness in the people that he is fortunate to meet. His devotion and dedication to these practices assists practitioners in discovering how contemplative practice can unfold not only personally on the mat, but also find meaning in the wider context of daily life.

Andrea completed her Hatha yoga training in 2001 and in 2008 became the Diploma course tutor for Cambridgeshire with the British Wheel of Yoga, the UK Governing body of yoga. She has taught at their annual congress numerous times and works around the country teaching and mentoring their teachers. In 2005 she completed the Jivamukti teacher training in New York and is now an Advanced certified teacher and continues to be actively involved teaching and assisting both in the UK and abroad. Andrea is also a certified Yin yoga teacher and restorative teacher. This work has broadened her ideas and application of yoga in all its many forms.

Zephyr has been teaching Yoga since 2002 in London, trained via Yoga Campus Intake 1 and has been a Mentor on their yoga training program since 2005. Her teachings focus on combining the elements of creative movement, flow and dynamic sequencing, focusing on alignment, prana vayus and kinesiology. Her teachers inspire her to share the courage, strength and blessings found in Tantra, Ayurveda, and the art of energetically sequencing, creating bespoke therapeutic practices for students of all different abilities. She is registered with Yoga Alliance UK as a 500 hour Yoga Teacher.
