Built on science. Measured in impact.

WONE brings together every dimension of stress resilience into one validated framework, combining AI coaching and expert-led content to build real skills, and delivering the measurable outcomes organisations need.

The world's first integrated measure of stress resilience

Most approaches to measuring stress capture a narrow slice: a moment in time, a single dimension, a self-reported score. Measuring only one side of that equation produces an incomplete picture. The WONE Index is the first validated measure to capture both sides in a single integrated system. It builds a multidimensional resilience profile across coping, sleep, physical activity, nutrition, psychological resilience, sense of purpose, and recovery, enriched by real-time physiological data from 100+ wearable devices. Across two large-scale studies with over 1,300 participants, the Index outperformed established clinical tools in predicting depression, anxiety, and wellbeing outcomes, and has been validated and published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research (JMIR).In a two-phase study (N=1,311), the Index demonstrated strong reliability (0.90) and outperformed established tools, providing a validated foundation for organizational stress-risk measurement.

Interventions built by leading experts in stress and performance

Resilience is trainable. The science is clear on this, and the science behind how to build it shapes every WONE intervention. Each session, workshop, guided practice was developed with specialists in psychology, neuroscience, nutrition and performance science drawing on decades of research into what actually moves the needle on stress, recovery, and sustained performance. The approach works on two levels: short evidence-based sessions that help people reset quickly when pressure rises, and a deeper curriculum that builds lasting capability across every dimension of resilience over time, giving people the knowledge and practical tools to respond to stress more intelligently rather than simply enduring it. Neuroscience has established that even brief, well-timed recovery interventions measurably shift the stress response. This is the science WONE's content is built on.

AI coaching built on world-leading science

Ori, our AI performance coach, is trained exclusively on stress and performance science developed with WONE's scientific advisory board. Every conversation draws on each person's WONE Index baseline, real-time physiological signals, and a knowledge base built with world-leading researchers across stress and performance science, neuroscience, and behavioral science from Stanford, Oxford and Mayo Clinic. Ori acts as the connective tissue: using WONE Index data and individual conversation patterns to match each person to the right intervention at the right moment, then tracking whether it's working and adapting accordingly. Instead of a passive content library, WONE offers a precision-guided system where the science of behaviour change is built into the delivery.

ROI grounded in real evidence

The business case for stress management has historically been difficult to quantify. WONE built the methodology to change that, and published the evidence to back it up. WONE's ROI methodology is built on a validation study of 1,005 employees across the US and UK, examining stress severity against 17 business risks. The findings established the Stress-Risk Thermometer Theory: as stress escalates, risk amplifies exponentially. Published in WONE's whitepaper, this gives organisations a rigorous, evidence-based framework to quantify what unmanaged stress costs, and what resolving it delivers.
